In 2015 Barbara completed her Diploma in Canine Behaviour Science and Technology at the Companion Animal Sciences Institute in Canada (http://casinstitute.com).

Barbara has been involved in dog training for the last 15 years and has completed the Canine Good Citizen Behavioural Dog Training Course with the Delta Society, the premier-recognised dog training organisation in Australia. Barbara has achieved a Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services as a Delta-accredited instructor in 2007

She competes in the dog sport of Agility and Shellbe (GSP) has her Excellent Jumping, Gambler Novice, Strategic Pairs Novice Title and doing well. Zorbas a Kelpie/Ridgeback cross once won the Diesel Trophy in the Scotland Island Annual Dog Swimming Race. Barbara is a member of the Delta Institute, The Pet Professional Guild Australai and the Association of Pet Dog Trainers Australia (APDT).

She also is registered breeder with Dogs NSW and had her first litter of German Shorthaired Pointers in December 2014.

Barbara holds a Master’s Degree in Modern European History and Economics from the University of Berne (Switzerland) and a MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Southern Cross University Australia. In addition, Barbara has in-depth experience in adult education and training, having taught high school and university students in Berne, college students in Sydney, as well as middle and top management employees of a large public corporation in Switzerland.
