With over 35 years of experience, Greville Pabst is one of Australia's leading property advisors. He is an independent valuer, licensed estate agent, and property advocate known for helping clients achieve better outcomes across commercial, luxury residential, and investment-grade real estate, and he leads a boutique team at Greville Pabst Property Advisory.

Greville Pabst Property Advisory delivers measurable results for both buyers and sellers. On the buying side, the team's Buyer's Advocate service searches, evaluates, and negotiates on a client's behalf, using decades of industry relationships to access off-market properties and secure homes or assets at a fair price. On the selling side, the Vendor's Advocate service oversees the entire campaign, from selecting and briefing the right selling agent to holding them accountable through to settlement, so clients achieve a stronger sale result with far less stress.

Every engagement is built on sound strategy and a disciplined, data-driven process, with Greville personally involved throughout. This is backed by his position as Founder and Chairperson of WBP Group, one of Australia's largest property valuation firms, which supplies the market intelligence behind every recommendation the team makes.

Property is one of the biggest investments a person will make. Speak with Greville Pabst to ensure your next move is backed by genuine, independent expertise.
