LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW SALON POLICY
There is a 25% no show/cancellation fee payable on all scheduled appointments. This fee will only be charged when less than 24 hours notice is given.

For your convenience All appointments are confirmed by a complimentary SMS 72hrs prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment, without giving enough notice, Danelle misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my cancellation list also miss the opportunity to receive services.
