Heading Out Hair & Beauty is one of the most successful salons in the Australian Hairdressing industry, due to the vision and commitment of owner and entrepreneur Anthony Martino.

Tony established the group’s first salon in Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, over 25 years ago. The industry has changed a lot since then, but the foundations of a good business remain the same, which in Tony’s opinion involves lots of hard work and determination. He has worked tirelessly and has earned much recognition along the way, not just for his ability to be at the top of the industry year after year, but decade after decade.

Apart from being renowned as an astute businessman, Anthony Martino also has the reputation as a man who can spot and nurture talent. His loyal team, many of whom have been with the company for more than a decade, admire and respect him for his leadership skills and caring mentorship.
