We are the proprietors of HEALTH IN MOTION and have been involved in the fitness industry for over 26years having established,owned & operated four seperate fitness centre's throughout the riverina in Deniliquin, West Wylong and two in Wagga our most recent being Flex-it Gym where for 20 years we have been serving the people of wagga. In late September of 2008 we sold Flex-it Gym and have now moved forward into providing the people of wagga and surrounding district with quality cardio fitness equipment for hire and sale.

Along with our knowledge and experience we also provide personal training services and much more.
