Our mission is to tantalise and pleasure your palate.We work with fresh milk and cream, yolks from eggs we crack by hand, local fruits from melbourne's markets, imported fruits from their country of origin, chocolate couverture from belgium, and goodies and nuts baked and roasted in our full-sized oven. A stove is used for cooking, toasting and caramelising.
