Hapkido is a dynamic traditional Martial Art which teaches effective self defence in a fun and safe environment. Suitable for men, women and kids of all ages it encourages strength, flexibility, discipline and self respect all whilst learning skills that will stay will you for life.
Often the hardest part about starting a Martial Art is actually starting. Many people always want to start but may find it a bit scary or intimidating. Or they say that "I need to work on my fitness or flexibility first". Best thing to do is just call up and give it a go. Bring a friend to do it with you if you need moral support, but coming down on your own is totally fine. You will be surprised at how your flexibility and fitness starts changing very quickly. So don't put it off any longer, call up and give it a try.
Hills Hapkido is part of the Australian Hapkido Association and has been teaching Hapkido in the Hills area for over 20 years. The AHA is lead by Grand Master Kevin Brown, Master Brown is the President and Technical Director of the AHA currently holding a 7th Dan Black Belt.
