The Design and Construction delivery method is becoming increasingly popular as it allows the client to seek the best possible design alternatives and integrate buildability and construction issues to ensure the most efficient design solution possible. Under the Design and Construct method Hines becomes responsible for co-ordination of the design between the various disciplines.
