Homes by Design was established in 2007 to provide contract high quality CAD design and documentation services to builders, architects and multi-award winning building designers. During this initial period we established a reputation for high quality and accurate CAD working drawings. Our works often involved highly complex multi-level luxury homes on difficult sites around Sydney’s northern beaches.

Over time Homes by Design has expanded its services and now provides a full concept home design, documentation and approval service across an extensive range of residential and small commercial projects. Our works now typically range from modest owner builder renovations to high end luxury dwellings.
