IBH Homes was initially formed by Stephen Biggs for the construction of new homes, renovations and extensions. Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the building industry. IBH Homes builds on this solid foundation of knowledge and experience. Stephen is a builder who knows his strengths.

For 15 years, he was self-employed with his own business at Biggs Building Pty Ltd, and was project manager and estimator for a large construction company and as a building surveyor. Stephen has accreditation for low rise construction and the drawing of plans for these constructions.
