About Innate Nurturing
Penny Chote is the CEO and founder of Innate Nurturing.
As a Certified Thompson Method Breastfeeding Practitioner and Registered Critical Care Nurse with over 14 years experience in health care, she brings a gentle guiding hand to support women throughout their birth and breastfeeding experience.
The services that I offer is 1-on-1 private breastfeeding support to women in that need help with common breastfeeding complications such as nipple pain, cracked or bleeding nipples, crying unsettled babies, mastitis and blocked milk ducts.
I also offer education on breastfeeding for expectant mothers. This education is a wonderful way to prepare for breastfeeding and increase the knowledge of women in how they can achieve their breastfeeding goals.
Range of days & times available.
Consultation available via: Face to Face consultation, home visits (dependent on location) or Video-calls
Services available are:
Pregnancy Breastfeeding & Birth Education presenting "The Beautiful Breastfeeding Program" a guided group either face to face or online education series that prepares you for your breastfeeding journey.
4x 1hr weekly group sessions available- online Monday 8pm, Saturday 8am
2x 2hr Intensive weekly group session available- online Saturday 2-4pm (1st & 2nd Saturdays of the month)
2x 2hr Intensive Face-to-Face group sessions available- Saturday 2-4pm (3rd & 4th Saturday of the month)
Also available as private sessions if desired- go through the session at a time that suits you. Private sessions also include 4 weeks of support once baby is born.
Breastfeeding Rescues- For women who are having issues with breastfeeding who feel like giving up but don't want to. Issues such as nipple pain, breast pain, crying unsettled baby, low supply, mastitis, engorgement, wanting to transition off a nipple shield or bottle feeding back to the breast.
Fine Tuning Sessions- Available for women who need minor support due to nipple pain, engorgement or mastitis.

Penny resided in rural Australia with her husband and two boys. When Penny isn’t supporting others, you can find her outside in the paddock with her two horses or pottering in the garden with her ducks and chooks.
