Norm, who originally graduated as an Architectural Draftsman wanted a more hands on approach to his work. So after completing his internship with an incredibly fastidious tiler, Norm then went onto attaining his bathroom renovation licence and then into construction. Dominique, prior to 3 beautiful children, was in interior designer who specialised in commercial fit-outs, and project managed the construction of these fit-outs.
