Owned and operated by Foodco, one of Australia’s most successful retail franchise companies, Jamaica Blue celebrated its 20th year anniversary in 2012.
Jamaica Blue was built on two simple beliefs that have guided us in everything that we’ve done: a belief in sourcing the very best coffee; and a belief in using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Having this single-minded guiding philosophy has allowed us to be flexible and creative with different café concepts, from fully licensed café restaurants, to kiosks, to hole in the wall espresso bars; with thriving Jamaica Blue businesses in residential areas, malls, airports, hospitals and high streets.

And, it’s also allowed our franchise partners to have the freedom to develop cafés with their own personality and their own menu selection, responding to local tastes and the availability of seasonal produce in their area.

Our simple philosophy, together with our empowered and passionate franchise partners are the Jamaica Blue recipe for continued success. From our humble beginnings twenty-odd years ago, we now have a growing network of more than one hundred cafés in Australia, New Zealand, China, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore.
