JMZ Roof Restorations, established since 1992, has built a solid reputation by helping literally thousands of happy homeowners add value and protect their properties with Quality Roof Restorations.
About JMZ Roof Restorations
Originally based at Capalaba, on Brisbane’s east side, JMZ has enjoyed outstanding success (grown from a husband and wife team to an operation with 25 full-time staff) and since moved to a fully-equipped, air-conditioned showroom at Suite 2, 30 Shore St, Cleveland – located on Brisbane’s beautiful Bayside.
By using a combination of premium quality materials and fully qualified tradespeople, we’re able to back up your investment with our ten year double warranty.
A quality roof restoration is one of the fastest and most affordable ways to make your home look great.
Commission based salespeople aren’t part of our business so you don’t have to worry about the hard sell. Working alongside you is the owner and manager of the business, both fully qualified tradesman with over 35 years combined industry experience, ensuring you get the best advice for your new roof restoration.
The next step is to come in to our showroom and browse in peace and quiet for your new Roof Restoration! On display is a wide range of colors and materials to choose from plus you’ll discover why we’ve enjoyed outstanding success since 1992.
A full roof restoration to Tile, Metal, Colorbond or Terracotta substrates is an investment with both short and long-term financial benefits. Whether the job is a family home or corporate headquarters, a good job obviously improves a building’s appearance and so it’s immediate perceived value.
But the real value becomes apparent in the long-term: the quality of the job will have a direct and substantial effect on the life and maintenance of the property. JMZ Roof Restorations uses and recommends the Globalcote Roof Coating system. It doesn’t just look good: it plays a vital role in protecting your building’s surfaces from the ravages of the environment (sun, wind, rain, pollution, etc) whilst also designed for safe collection of drinking water.
Here at JMZ, all jobs are carried out by fully qualified tradesmen, who are permanent JMZ employees and therefore fully understand the high standard of work which is expected of them.
