Jon is the consummate artist, a man who combines a strong work ethic with a sense of professional pride. Jon is a stylist and colourist, and his legion of loyal clients is the best possible gauge of his talent. Hairdressing has been Jon's passion for over 20 years. At the age of just 13 he began working in salons after school and on weekends.

In 1990, Jon moved to London where he worked at a number of leading hair salons. Jon’s career soared as he worked alongside various fashion designers, music artists and photographers. He was a regular head stylist for numerous fashion shoots, styling tours and photographic campaigns.

In 2004 Jon relocated to Australia and worked both in boutique salons building up a loyal client base and as a freelancer doing work with fashion houses such as Herringbone. In early 2008 Jon joined La Boutique alongside Belinda Jeffrey and his amazing way with people and his high-level technical skills have made him a favourite with the clientele, which lead him to work with magazines such as GQ, on television and with high profile Australian celebrities.
