In 1980 Stephen Keirs opened his doors for business in Cessnock as a sole practitioner, providing accounting, taxation and advisory services under the trading name of Stephen Keirs Chartered Accountant. Since then, Stephen
has been proudly servicing the Cessnock and greater Hunter Valley area.

In 1996 Stephen was joined by David Grove in partnership and the business became known as Keirs & Grove Public Accountants. The business operated from it's current Cessnock office in Vincent Street. Building a strong, loyal base of clients, the business has continued to grow as it provides great service to clients. Stephen's philosophy that great work will serve as the best form of advertising has served him well over the years.
