Kelvin Woodrow has been operating a building design and construction business on Brisbane's Northside for many years. Commencing as building designers in 1975 our company produced some 12,000 dwelling plans in the years 1975 - 1992 before branching out into construction of our own designs. Last year we constructed many individually designed homes for a varied client base from a price range of $200,000 up to $1,000,000 winning several awards.

Each home is given specialist attention to detail which is followed up by after sale maintenance and service. We are more than qualified to assist with enviromental design and colour selection and external colourings and treatments. We try to consider all design criteria such as aspect, lifestyle, environment and resale.
