About Lark Hill Restaurant
Lark Hill was established in 1978 by Sue & Dave Carpenter, high on the escarpment above Bungendore, 30km North East of Canberra. Lark Hill is a cold vineyard and at 860m elevation, is one of the highest plantings in the Canberra District. The soils are shallow depleted shale over clay, and vineyard receives ~600mm of rainfall annually.
Our Restaurant showcases food/wine matching and as such we do not offer a separate children's menu.
Due to the market-driven nature of our menu we are not always able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. We require at least 24 hours notice for dietary requirements & do not offer a vegan menu.
Enjoy lunch as you gaze out over our Biodynamic vineyard - our menu is 'prix fixe' (2 or 3 courses) and features produce grown on our farm, as well as regional biodynamic produce.
We take Saturday & Sunday lunch bookings of up to 7 seats at 12:00, 12:45 and 13:30.
