Laser Plumbing is a locally owned and operated company specialising in commercial and industrial plumbing throughout Townsville. We offer a vast range of plumbing, drainage and gas fitting services to help deal with our clients’ needs fast and effectively.

Established in 1975 as R.S. & R.A Morton Plumbing and incorporated in 1995 as R.S. & R.A. Morton Plumbing Pty Ltd, our directors quickly found their stride and started growing the business. Now, with over 40 years of experience in the industry, we service a wide range of clients and have an annual turnover of approximately $1-1.5m.

Today, our manager, Steve, oversees the running of the company with the help of six plumbers, two office staff and an apprentice. We’re passionate about inspiring the next generation and helping them to find their feet in the industry, so we always give young plumbers the chance to learn their trade with us. However, we ensure that there’s always an experienced plumber by their side so you know our services can be depended upon every time.

We utilise a modern, up-to-date electronic management system that gives our field staff the ability to conduct job safety analysis for every job. This is extremely useful because our staff must fill in the safety information in order to access their time sheets on each job – and if they can’t access their time sheets, they can’t get paid.
