Lifestyle Health Club - Redbank Plains has a long history dating back to September 1977 where we were previously known as The Plains Gym and Squash Centre. Our centre originally opened as a squash centre and over time has evolved into the centre it is today. Andrew and Julie Gibson with Michael Kuhnemann bought the business to start up a gym to offer patrons a wider variety of activities which included free weights and circuit classes, group fitness classes, tennis and a cardio theatre.

Lifestyle Redbank was Voted best Gym in Brisbane and Ipswich out of 130 gyms by International Fitness and still remains the leader in the area. Lifestyle Redbank offers you a variety of programs while also giving you the biggest and best facilities at a reasonable rate.
