Lithgow Fitness Centre provides a wide range of services, choreographed classes such as Fight Do and Power from Radical Fitness as well as Freestyle classes like Boxercise, Spin, EXP Workout, XTrain, Circuit and Core-Balance. We have a fully equipped gym consisting of pinloaded machines, free weights as well as 2 cardio areas and spin room. Services provided include Group Fitness, Exercise Programs, Assessments, Personal Training, Group Training, Rehabilitation, Sporting teams, Schools, Corporate memberships, Training for the intellectually and physically disabled.

Facilities & services include child supervision, nutritional programs, showers, protein shakes and supplements and dietary advice. Members and non-members also have access to our online nutritional program "Nutrition Complete" a complete weight management system.

We are also proud sponsors of Workies Wolves and other teams and individuals in the local area. Lithgow Fitness Centre is a local family owned and run business of 10 years.
