Martin Fiebig Homes Pty Ltd was formed on the Gold Coast in 1981 by sole director Martin Fiebig.

Martin has lived on the Gold Coast since 1965, went to school on the Gold Coast and completed an apprenticeship in carpentry before starting out in business for himself very early in life. Martin's considerable reputation has been well earned.

Responding to his own preference to create fewer but finer properties and an increasing market requirement for executive level homes, several years ago Martin decided to specialize in this niche market. Since then he has concentrated on designing and constructing the type of home that truly recognized the lifestyle requirements of an international residential resort clientele.

Concentrating his building activities to the northern end of the Gold Coast with more and more people choosing to live the lifestyles offered
by the gated communities of Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island Resort and
The Sovereign Islands. Martin has built many of the most luxurious homes in these estates. Many of which have earned Martin the prestigious Housing Industries Association Top Homes Awards and in fact in 1997 one of Martin's homes at Hope Island Resort won the Queensland Top Home along with eight other awards.
