We have always valued “old fashioned” service. Right from the beginning 100% customer satisfaction from every job we undertook. That is why we offered and continue to offer a 7 year full guarantee. 16 years later with frequent repeat customers, our quality has never faltered. Furthermore:

-We are a Proudly Australian owned company
-Both our builders and our supervisors are fully licensed
-We hold membership with both the Housing Industry of Association (HIA) and the -Queensland Master Builders Association (QMBA)
-We use only our coatings, designed and tested for QLD conditions
-All work is supervised and undergoes multiple inspections

The key difference between Mastercraft and our competitors is that we hold ourselves accountable for our work, where our competitors consist of a lone tradesman we are a sandstone company with a long history and solid future.
