Milk and Honey is a casual restaurant offering delicious, artisan wood fired pizzas and a frequently changing menu showcasing seasonal, locally sourced produce.

We believe in simplicity and transparency in flavours. In other words, letting each ingredient speak for itself. Thus we use the highest quality, freshest produce we can find. We frequent the Byron area markets and grow our own organic ingredients where possible with our affiliate Byron Bay Organic Produce.

We embrace the artisan nature of wood fired baking. As the fire is a dynamic entity, no two pizzas will taste exactly the same!
