"Burgers were first served up on the docks of New York in the 1800’s by German migrants as a quick and hearty reminder of home. Within just a few years, the burger became a New York staple. It has evolved from being peddled by street vendors to making it in artisan burger houses. As such, the burger has brought immense pride to the city of New York.
Today, at New York Minute we prepare each of our burgers in line with traditional New York recipes and with the same pride.
