Ocean fitness is a fitness organisation located in the heart of shellharbour providing 21 outdoor classes running out of the beautiful killalea estate park.

We also have our very own Indoor Training Facility located 3/18 sunset avenue Barrack Heights. Out of the Facility we run boxing, mums and bubs and Strength classes!

Ocean Fitness have a team of 4 amazing personal trainers with each of them having their own specificity from strength and conditioning to improving mobility/flexability.

So weather its personal training you want or classes or even just want to train your self in our facility we have you covered indoors and out!
