Establishing the brand P2P in 2010 owner Peter Hull has always held the same values. Provide an education to enhance peoples lifestyle! This started with professional athletes in many fields including Motocross, football, cycling and triathlon. This is when Power 2 Perform found its feet! Training and nutrition will always be a massive aspect of everyones life.
In late 2013 P2P Launched P2P Fit Stop. The Fit Stop opened doors to everyone to have the opportunity to improve their lifestyle. We focus on the same values - provide an education and enhance peoples lifestyle. Using the same methods we have for athletes in the past we are very passionate about our training and nutrition. Results driven with an awesome lifestyle approach P2P Fit Stop is quickly becoming talk on the street.
It comes with a WARNING though. You may never want to train in a commercial gym again.

• FIT
- Fast Interval Training will get your heart pumping! Strip that unwanted body fat with boxing, kicking, and full body explosive movements. You will love this session and leave knowing you have worked hard!
• F.F.F
- Fast, Furious, Functional: Lifting weights, running, kettle bells and ropes is what you should expect in this class. Functional training to stimulate muscle and burn fat!
• S&C
- Strength & Conditioning: Full body weights session! Learn perfect technique, push limits and burn a lot of calories doing it. Not your standard weight lifting session.
