A native of California, Dr. James Gaffield founded Pacific Plastic Surgery in 2005. Dr Gaffield serves Bundaberg, Gladstone, Hervey Bay, and Rockhampton through this practice. In 2005, Dr. Gaffield joined Elite Cosmetic Clinic in order to offer even more options to discerning plastic surgery patients in the area including Mackay and the Whitsundays.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Gaffield is committed to using his skill as a plastic surgeon to help those in need: he has undertaken multiple volunteer surgical missions to treat patients with cleft lips and palates in the Philippines.
