Pasta Emilia works hard to source local organic ingredients and maintain relationships with our farmers and producers. Annamaria continues to use a few imported signature ingredients from her home Emilia - the gastronomic capital of Italy. After a life of pasta making for family and now nearly 10 years of making traditional organic pasta and sauce treats for our Sydney customers Pasta Emilia has opened a dining hall in Surry Hills.

Pasta Emilia continues to make our range of Fresh Organic Pasta and Sauces for sale in our shop and selected fine food stores around Sydney as well as some weekly and monthly Farmers Markets. The restaurant is now open for lunch 6 days, dinner 4 nights with plans for further service openings.

It is a space to experience a truly Italian atmosphere and enjoy our love for food, people, places and stories. It is a community of passionate people supporting small artisans, farmers and producers all sharing the same philosophy of sustainable excellence.
