It was established on January 22nd, 2007 to provide the Illawarra community with an exercise facility that has constant expert supervision and provides individualised attention to its members.

Our vision was to create a facility that not only contains the best in current exercise equipment, but also one that can cater for all levels of clientele.

We provide a safe exercise environment for clientele ranging from the most debilitated rehabilitation patient to the highest level elite athlete. To do this PT Gym has been equipped with an extensive variety of functional exercise equipment and professional, knowledgeable staff.

Beyond just providing a venue to exercise in, all of our members receive attention from our staff to ensure their program is appropriate, safe, effective and does more than just make the member sweat.
