T C Punnett (NSW) Pty Ltd was established in 1977 for the purpose of carrying out various development projects to take advantage of the project management skills and experience developed in this area by Consulting Engineers T. C. Punnett & Associates Pty Ltd.

The group was started by Trevor Punnett, who over the years has partnered, and continues to partner with people of differing professions to complement the goals of the Group including Surveyors, Architects, Structural & Civil Engineers and Solicitors.

The Group’s expertise and the experience of the current Directors, Trevor and Darryl Punnett have a combined total of over seventy eight years experience in the Building & Civil Engineering Fields.

In 1980, a construction company, Klamonta Pty Ltd, was established as expertise grew in fields such as project management, construction management and design resulting from these projects.

Projects completed by the Group include: Shopping Centres, Factory Refurbishments, Residential Townhouse/Villa/Unit developments, Retirement Villages and Land Subdivisions.
