The company delivers projects from $2m to $250m for both public and private clients across all construction sectors, including: residential, health, education, defence, commercial, retail, industrial, aged care and civil infrastructure. We pride ourselves on being an efficient, well-managed and well-resourced organisation capable of delivering large and complex projects.

Our clients come from corporate, institutional, government and private sectors. We use proven and accredited management systems and we are one of a select number of NSW Public Works Best Practice Contractors.

The company undertakes all forms of contract delivery including traditional lump sum, design and construction, construction management, managing contractor and public private partnerships. Another feature that sets RCC apart is our regional delivery capability. Half of our business is delivered in regional locations throughout NSW, and we have well-developed methodologies for managing the specific risks and opportunities associated with these types of projects.
