Welcome to the Schonell Cinema & Live Theatre complex, overlooking the lovely landscaped grounds, University of Queensland - St Lucia, Brisbane.
Close to public transport (Bus and Ferry), parking is free on the weekends.
The Schonell Theatre has two venues available for hire;
Theatre 1 (capacity 420) and Cinema 2 (capacity 175).
The complex also includes The Candy Bar and Pizza Caffe.
Theatrical Equipment Hire
SHOW HIRE AUSTRALIA is a leading event production company, with a long history of crewing and supplying equipment for events at The Schonell. We have a wealth of experience working in the venue, excellent quality equipment (some of it already permanently installed) and helpful, skilled staff. Our goal is to create high-quality outstanding events every time, always at an affordable price.
