Soffritto is a modern European restaurant serving hand-made Italian comfort food. Soffritto was inaugurated in 2008 and aims to maintain the artisan traditions, particularly from France, Italy and Spain, of creating food with care and enthusiasm while limiting the impact on the environment.

Our focus is firmly on hand-made food, attention to detail and traditional flavours. Everything on the Soffritto menu is hand-made in house by our team, from the pasta to the gnocchi to the gelato, we even have our own Soffritto sourdough starter which is now 5 years old.
