Solid Holistic Care is a registered NDIS provider based in Newcastle NSW. We provide disability support services for clients across the Hunter region in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Port Stephens. We specialise in a range of disability support services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Respite Care, Community Access, Community Nursing, Private In Home Care and also offer hourly disability care services. Solid Holistic Care was founded to improve the way in which home care is delivered to people living with disability and older people in Australia. Where possible, we strive to provide a culturally sensitive care to all our clients that share the same or similar cultural background.
