Giovanni was born in Milan with Naples parents (Where pizza was born)
He made his first pizza 15 years ago and since then is passionate for cooking and improving his craft every day!
He has worked in many cities in Europe and many restaurants in Perth.
Now he hopes the people of Perth will enjoy his unique pizza’s.

The pizzas are cooked on one of the best Pizza oven’s available – an ‘All-Stone-Inside’ oven – made in Italy by ‘Moretti Forini’.
