Southcoast Home Improvements Pty Ltd began as a partnership in the early '90s to accommodate the growing number of additions and renovations taking place on the Gold Coast. Since then, the business has grown to a Pty Ltd Company headed by Glen Nichols who has over 20 years hands-on building experience in both Queensland and New South Wales and is an enthusiastic member of the Queensland Master Builders Association on the Gold Coast.

Glen is the licensee for Southcoast Home Improvements Pty Ltd holding a Domestic and Commercial Building licence from the Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA). Glen also holds a Contractor Licence in Carpentry and Joinery.
