Mr Jon Vithoulka and Mr Nino Sanzari have established Starr Constructions with the view to construct only a select number of homes in any one year. This helps them to ensure that each new home receives full attention throughout the construction process.

Jon Vithoulka a Director of the company is primarily responsible for on site supervision with the aim of injecting a high level of finish for Starr’s clients. Jon has a diploma in applied science (building). Jon has extensive experience in the construction industry with 18 years of experience to his credit.

Nino Sanzari has been involved in the building industry for the last 24 years and also holds a diploma in Applied Science (Building). Nino has been actively involved in the project home arena which provides home with the valuable experience in purchasing and supply along with some systems to help manage the day to day business.

This can be achieved in three simple steps.

STEP ONE: SURVEYING

If necessary we will arrange for a surveyor on your behalf to complete a survey of your land. This will help our designer identify accurately the levels on the land, the boundaries and overall size.

STEP TWO: DESIGNING

Starr Constructions will arrange for a professional designer to meet with you at your home or in our office to design your new home. This allows you to have the custom designed home that you desire, address any special requirements that you may need, any particular characteristics of your land and the council’s local code.

STEP THREE: QUOTATION

Once you are happy with the design we should be in position to provide you with a new home quotation. Starr Constructions will undertake a personal site inspection, go through a list of inclusions that include your own specific items & therefore be able to provide you with a detailed custom quotation.
