Our qualified staff understand the importance of exercise and how to achieve a full active life. We have a Women's Only Gym Floor and our members are women from all different backgrounds, life stages, shapes and sizes. Mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters and friends all make up our rich Summit family.

Summit has two indoor heated pools which we conduct Learn-to-Swim lessons - from mums & bubs through to a non-competitive squads.
