Taylors Real Estate is a successful family owned and operated business that specialises in residential sales and property management. Situated in Florey, a very central suburb of Belconnen, Taylors Real Estate is ideally located to service Canberra’s extensive residential area.

Since Ralph and Jose Taylor commenced the business more than 50 years ago, the Taylors have watched Canberra grow and prosper and Taylors Real Estate have maintained a reputation for discreet, personalised, friendly and efficient service and have established a trusted reliable and professional name in real estate.

Ralph and Jose’s son Darryl Taylor, a native to Canberra, is a licensed real estate agent. In 1979, that is over 30 years ago, Darryl worked in the family real estate business for a short while Darryl then spent 10 years working in the Banking Industry10 years in the Banking Industry, mainly as a loans officer, before re-joining the family business in 1991. This experience is very beneficial in assisting both owners and prospective buyers and tenants in their housing requirements. Darryl has spent considerable time on the residential sales and the property management area of the business.

Ralph and Jose Taylor retired in 2001 and Darryl took over looking after the day to day running of the family business, with the family now taking more of a consultancy roll in the business. As a family run business, Taylors Real Estate understands the value of working among families and the importance of serving the local community.

In December 2005, Ralph Taylor passed away.

Taylors Real Estate, now a second generation family business, have conducted property management in their business for over 50 years.
