Admire the 15 double glazed aquarium tanks featuring live seafood at our entrance; Sniff the American oak used sparingly across the bar and dining areas as you appreciate our matching wine; Feel our feature wall handmade with 82,320 chopsticks throughout the restaurant and twinkle with the hundreds of tea cup lights, our stylish backdrop over hanging at our semi private dining areas.

Behind all these is a new interior concept brought to you by Hong Kong based Paring Onion Design, paying tribute to Chinese culinary culture with a refreshing and modern twist. In September 2013, The Century was announced the proud Winner for Best Restaurant Design (Australia & Pacific) by the International Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in London.
