Established 1816, The Royal Botanic Garden in Sydney is the oldest botanical garden and scientific institution in Australia. It is home to an outstanding collection of plants from around the world with a focus on Australia and the South Pacific.

The Botanic Gardens Trust is the statutory body responsible for the management and stewardship of The Royal Botanic Garden, as well as the Domain, the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan and the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah.
