Tiger Fitness and Training was formed to help young athletes of all abilities, aged between 9 and 17, to reach their potential.
In todays sporting arenas, it becomes clear that the need for speed and agility is what separates the competitors. How good does it look, to see an athlete "glide" across the playing field or run the 100m for a personal best time?
The reason that these athletes run so effortlessly, is that they have been shown the correct way to move. Efficiently covering ground, they conserve their energy for when it is really needed- the final 10m of a race, the last 5 minutes of play in a football game or the last play in basketball.
The team at Tiger Fitness and Training, are dedicated, highly motivated and can help with all aspects of speed improvement. We cover speed in a holistic approach, addressing such things as diet, nutrition, recovery, strength and posture.
Currently in the squads, we have a number of various sporting codes represented- soccer, league, basketball, netball, nippers, touch footyplayers and those competing in Little Athletics. All benefit in their chosen sport, with having real speed off the mark.
Tiger Fitness & Training has helped STATE & NATIONAL athletes reach their Personal Best.
Each and every member of the squad is encouraged and tutored to do their best. Winning is the icing on the cake.
