About Tisco Home Hardware
WELCOME TO TISCO HARDWARE
Tisco Hardware was established to create a small network of retail outlets that deliver traditional service to our customers. With the emergence of our much larger counterparts over the past few years, there has been a decline in customer respect, customer service and the general friendliness that should be evident in a hardware store.
Tisco works to deliver on 5 core promises:
* You will not be treated as just another ‘number’
* You will notice our staff are very friendly and approachable.
* If we haven’t got something we will order it especially for you.
* We will reward your ongoing business.
* We will listen to (and act on) any ideas, issues or feedback you may have.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you want something that is hardware-related, then don’t waste time shopping around. We will order it in for you within a couple of days. Then we can deliver it, or you can pick it up.
Special orders we do for customers include:
* Specific brands that we don’t have in stock
* Outdoor furniture
* Sheds
* Building supplies
* BBQs
* Powertools
* Tanks
* Mowers
* Insulation
* .....the list goes on
