A Visual Timber Pest Inspection reports on termite activity in your dwelling and up to 50 meters from the dwelling, and also comments on wood borers and fungal decay, as termites, wood borers, and fungal decay can all cause structural damage to your house. The report will give you a snapshot of your property and provide you with treatment options if need be.

The Australian Standard recommends that a Visual Timber Pest Inspection should be conducted every 12 months unless you are in a high risk area. Darwin and the Top End are considered high risk. We recommend that an inspection be carried out every 6 months.
