Trattoria Emilia's owners and chefs Francesco Rota and Luca Flammia are committed to creating a kitchen where quality produce and technique combine to serve an excellent interpretation of Italian food. The dining culture that we have here has been brought to us in part by the Italian migrants who arrived with their recipes, conviviality and increasingly, their own wine styles. We have sought to showcase the best and most intriguing Australian wines as well as those Italian wines that come into their own with food.
