After Hours
In a medical emergency, please call 000 for an ambulance or go directly to the Launceston General Hospital (Charles Street), Launceston. For medical advice after hours that cannot wait, please ring 1800 022 222. A triage nurse and doctor are available to speak to you and if required, they will contact the duty doctor of Tremaur Medical Centre.

Results:
Our Registered Nurses are available from 4.00 p.m. to take your call regarding your pathology or radiology results. Results will not be given to others without your consent.
Appointments
Whilst every endeavour is made to fit you in with your usual doctor, this is not always possible (e.g. due to bookings, leave etc). Another doctor of Tremaur Medical Centre is willing to see you in the interim.
If you feel that a longer appointment is necessary (e.g. more than one problem, full health check, counselling etc), please advise the reception staff and we would be happy to accommodate. Booking a longer appointment allows sufficient time to discuss your problem and avoids the doctor running behind. A separate appointment needs to be made for each family member.
Should you no longer require the appointment, we request you contact the surgery on (03) 6331 1055 as soon as possible enabling another patient access to the appointment. A cancellation fee may apply if you do not notify us.
For your convenience, Tremaur Medical Centre offers our regular patients the opportunity to book a standard, non-urgent appointment online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
