02 4757 3255 and listen for the mobile phone number given in the recorded message- Please call that number to speak to the veterinarian on-call.

After these times the on-call phone is diverted to Nepean Animal Hospital which has dedicated 24/7 emergency after-hour service in the Penrith region for full veterinary care for all our clients. Vets and nurses are onsite overnight to manage emergency cases. Animals can then be arranged to be transported back to our practice if this is in the best interest of the patient and client.

If continual overnight monitoring is required for your pet on assessment of your animal the vet on-call may recommend earlier referral to the dedicated emergency practice in Penrith or a Specialist Hopsital in Sydney with veterinarians and nurses present 24 hours on-site.
