Xage, based in Surry Hills, is a casual, modern Vietnamese restaurant and take away. The restaurant focuses on simple, tasty and affordable food inspired by central and southern Vietnamese cuisines.

Xage (pronounced "sage") pays tribute to the culinary traditions of central and southern Vietnam, with an emphasis on spices, freshness and balance. It's Vietnamese food like no other. We like to keep things simple, fuss-free, different and delicious. At Xage, it's all about home-style food in a buzzing street-side experience you'd want to enjoy every day.

Designed in-house, the interior is minimalist and casual, with smart glossed finishes softened by recycled fence-post timber wall features and furniture. With an open plan indoor-outdoor dining area, its setting is designed to encourage Vietnamese-style street-side communal dining.
