Where Is Pemberley Springs Located in North York?
Pemberley Springs is at 2885 Bayview Avenue, Unit 1, Toronto, right on the northeast corner where Bayview Avenue meets Sheppard Avenue. The spa faces Bayview Avenue directly on the retail floor of The Arc Condos, making it easy to spot whether you are walking from the subway or driving in.
The location sits within North York's Bayview Village area, one of Toronto's quieter, more upscale pockets: close enough to the core to be convenient, far enough to feel like an actual escape.
Why Do People Search for a "Bayview Village Spa"?
Bayview Village is better known for its shopping centre and residential towers than its spa scene, which is exactly why a discovery like Pemberley Springs stands out. People searching "spa Bayview Village" or "spa near me" in this pocket of North York are often surprised to find a full luxury day spa experience (private VIP suites, medical grade skincare, and a proper spa menu) sitting quietly on a retail floor rather than in a standalone building.
That element of surprise is part of the appeal. Regulars often describe it as North York's best kept secret, a boutique spa that rivals downtown Toronto's luxury spots without the downtown price tag or hassle.
How Do You Get to Pemberley Springs From Bayview Village or Sheppard?
Getting here is straightforward from most directions in North York.
If you are coming from Bayview Village Shopping Centre, the spa is just a short walk south along Bayview Avenue toward Sheppard. If you are driving north on Bayview, take the first right after passing Sheppard, then follow signage into the visitor parking area and use the staircase marked "Exit to Bayview Ave" to reach street level. Coming from the north, turn onto Bayview Mews Lane and follow it into the Bayview Village area, where parking near the mall connects through to the spa.
Transit riders can reach the spa via the Bayview subway station on Line 4, making it accessible without a car for guests coming from elsewhere in the city. If you would rather confirm directions or parking before heading over, call us at 416-222-0808.
What Makes Pemberley Springs Different From Other North York Spas?
Privacy is the defining feature. Rather than shared treatment rooms, Pemberley Springs is built around VIP suites with their own jacuzzi, so guests are not shuffled between stations or seated in a waiting room between services. The spa also leans into medical grade skincare, working under the oversight of Medical Director Dr. Salehi, which is uncommon for a boutique sized spa in this part of the city.
Add a tranquil courtyard, a private cocktail bar, and a female-only sauna and steam room, and the experience reads closer to a hidden luxury retreat than a typical strip mall spa visit. Many guests who have tried downtown Toronto's well known spa chains say the North York location feels more personal, with less turnover between appointments and a team that has time to actually talk through what you need. You can see the full range of what is offered onour services page.
What Services Can You Book at This North York Spa?
The menu covers the full spectrum of day spa treatments. Highlights include advanced facials from 111SKIN andSkinCeuticals, full body massage, body treatments, medical aesthetics, and our signature VIP suite experiences for couples or solo indulgence.
According to a survey summarized by theInternational Spa Association, the top reasons people visit a spa are stress relief and relaxation, which lines up closely with how most guests describe their reason for booking here: a genuine reset, not just a treatment checked off a list.
What's the Area Around Bayview Village Like?
North York's Bayview and Sheppard corridor blends quiet residential streets with pockets of upscale retail, anchored by Bayview Village Shopping Centre a short distance north. It is a different pace from downtown Toronto: less foot traffic, easier parking, and a genuinely calmer feel the moment you step off Bayview Avenue.
That atmosphere carries into the spa itself. Guests often mention how quiet and unhurried the visit feels compared to busier downtown locations, which is part of why so many describe finding Pemberley Springs as stumbling onto a hidden gem rather than booking a typical city spa appointment.
Is Pemberley Springs Worth Visiting If You Don't Live Nearby?
Yes, and many guests do not. While North York locals make up a strong share of visits, plenty of guests travel from downtown Toronto, Markham, and Richmond Hill specifically for the VIP suite experience, which is harder to find elsewhere in the city at this level of privacy. Convenient parking and subway access make the trip easier than most guests expect.
If you are planning a special occasion (an anniversary, a birthday, or simply a day away from the usual routine), the location's relative quiet compared to downtown spas is often part of the draw rather than a drawback.
